Google Spreadsheet for Calculating Nutrition of Ordered M Fast Food
M's Nutrition Calculator is fun to use, but it does not provide warnings about excessive cholesterol, etc.:

The objective of the spreadsheet is not to scare friends away from fast food, but to facilitate friends' taking advantage of the time-saving and cost-saving of fast food in a healthier way. For example, a fish sandwich plus a side salad (and a yogurt parfait) seem OK for a meal. On the other hand, the items on the breakfast menu generally contain too much cholesterol and too much sodium.
There should be other factors that influence whether food items are healthy and whether data are correct. Nevertheless, it's nice that M at least provides some data for reference. Without relevant data, we cannot be sure that food items at other restaurants are healthier.
